Welcome to Paisley Petunia…part two!
I find inspiration in pretty pictures, endless possibilities in a bowl of Meyer lemons, the meaning of lifetime devotion in the wagging tails of our 3 rescue dogs, end-of- the-day bliss in a glass of red wine and now, the boundless, soul clutching meaning of life in the faces of my 2 little angels.
It's a happy, creative, joy-full life we've got here in the LA sun. Come play! Bring wine.

Right on Target
I have really been enjoying all the droolworthy runway designs debuting at New York Fashion Week. Wishing, wishing, wishing I could wear them all.
But back to reality.
These days, my obsession with Target couture is a little bit more my budget.
This week, I scored some great pieces:
The Velika Peep-Toe Pumps in Black for just $29.99:
This bottie/shoe looks great in person and appears to be made of quality materials (ie it doesn’t look cheap). I love the platform geometric heel in the front, the slight peep toe and the fact that they are actually comfortable. Will look cute with a dress + tights or jeans this Fall.
p.s. Buy 1 pair of select shoes & get an additional pair of select shoes for 50% off. Offer available online only.
Two fun staples for Fall & Winter: Lace leggings and Zipper leggings (Oh, 80s, we love you).
Each for just $12.99.
And there’s been lots of talk about Anna Sui’s Gossip Girl capsule collection, and a lot of buying apparently because its practically sold out online. Thanks to C’s mom for scouring her local stores for us! We love you, Jan.
This is hands down my favorite piece, the Blue Floral Jaquard Dress for $44.99:
It has a fun, flirty length, with a great bow-tie neck and a very cute wide black elastic belt that could be re-used in other outfits. It looks vintage-inspired and I can’t wait to wear it with the new booties above! (p.s. the description says “metallic” but it must be an error because there is nothing metallic on the piece).
Happy Shopping at Target!

i still haven’t made my way to target fer this gossip girl line by anna sui, did you lov?!
Ooooh, a bow-tie neck, you know how silly we are for bows! Actually, it looks really cute, and the color is excellent. And the lack of metallic adornment or embellishment is always a plus in our frumpy little world, you know how we are.
Enjoy the rest of your week!

Maybe you need to come to the Bay Area and shop our Target. It has her entire line and there are still small sizes!
