Welcome to Paisley Petunia…part two!
I find inspiration in pretty pictures, endless possibilities in a bowl of Meyer lemons, the meaning of lifetime devotion in the wagging tails of our 3 rescue dogs, end-of- the-day bliss in a glass of red wine and now, the boundless, soul clutching meaning of life in the faces of my 2 little angels.
It's a happy, creative, joy-full life we've got here in the LA sun. Come play! Bring wine.

No shame…
So who went to see New Moon AH, I mean Eclipse last night? I will admit that I am really, really looking forward to seeing it tomorrow with a big pack of girls who will all share my enthusiasm but also appreciate how silly the whole thing actually is. Nothing will ever compare to the books (which I devoured in about a months time) or the first movie. I think seeing those characters on the screen for the first time was a novelty that probably can’t be sustained through all the movies as I found the second film a little flat, but for a while after the first film I’m not embarrassed to say I had a mad Edward crush.
Anyway, the music in Eclipse was brilliant and vampires aside, it’s a great album. Here are two of my favorite songs and yes, I can clearly remember which scene each one was used in. Don’t judge. The Flightless Bird video is actually just the song set to some stills but I thought they were really pretty pictures and if you listen to the lyrics-pretty relevant.
PS: did you know Rob Pattinson is currently making Water For Elephants with Resse Witherspoon? Could be brilliant.
