Welcome to Paisley Petunia…part two!
I find inspiration in pretty pictures, endless possibilities in a bowl of Meyer lemons, the meaning of lifetime devotion in the wagging tails of our 3 rescue dogs, end-of- the-day bliss in a glass of red wine and now, the boundless, soul clutching meaning of life in the faces of my 2 little angels.
It's a happy, creative, joy-full life we've got here in the LA sun. Come play! Bring wine.

Candy Coated
If there is one thing I know I am going to really miss about fall fashion this year it’s coats. I love coats. I have an incredible vintage coat collection (not to brag or anything but it rocks) and the minute the air gets crisp I seem to find coats everywhere that I simply MUST own. Nothing makes me feel prettier or more pulled together than a gorgeous coat. Ho hum. This year I can’t really wear the coats I already have and I can’t really justify buying any new coats that I can’t wear until next year. But wait, maybe I can…coats are classic, coats are timeless and well made coats will last a lifetime. Cue my trip to the retail version of crack…Anthropologie.
Gulp. Gasp. Swoon. I found some perfect baby momma clothes (long tunics, chunky sweaters, etc) and I found about 5 coats to die for. I had the Tracy Reese coat below on the entire time I wandered around the store and it took every ounce of willpower not to buy it and wear it every minute until it just doesn’t fit anymore. But alas, I know bottles and bibs and boppies are my current priority. Le sigh.
